I1scr Terms & Conditions – Full Policy for Malaysia's Betting Platform

1Acceptance of Terms

By registering, logging in, or using any part of the i1scr platform — whether via the website, mobile app, or any other means — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy and all other policies published by i1scr from time to time.

These terms constitute a legally enforceable agreement. i1scr reserves the right to update or amend these terms at any time, and you are responsible for reviewing changes periodically. Continued use of the platform following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

2Eligibility & Account Registration

To use i1scr's services, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• Aged at least 18 years of age at the time of registration. i1scr does not permit registration or use by any individual under the age of 18, under any circumstances.
• Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Malaysian law.
• Not a resident or citizen of any country that explicitly prohibits participation in online betting under its local laws.
• Not currently on the self-exclusion list of any recognised gambling platform or related recovery programme.

Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) account only at i1scr. Registering multiple accounts by the same individual — regardless of different names, email addresses, or devices — is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts without any compensation.

Upon registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. i1scr reserves the right to require identity verification (KYC) at any time, including a copy of your MyKad, utility bill, or valid Malaysian bank statement.

3Account Management Policy

Your i1scr account is for your personal use only. You are fully responsible for all activities conducted under your account, including unauthorised activity where the vulnerability arises from your own negligence.

• Password Confidentiality: Never share your password with anyone. i1scr will never ask for your password via email, WhatsApp, or live chat.
• Shared Accounts: Use of an account by more than one individual is strictly prohibited, even within the same household.
• Information Updates: You must notify i1scr of any changes to your account information within 14 calendar days.
• Inactive Accounts: Accounts showing no activity for 12 consecutive months will be considered inactive. An administrative fee of RM 10 per month may be applied after that period if a positive balance remains in the account.

I1scr reserves the right to temporarily freeze an account for security reviews, regulatory compliance, or investigations into suspicious activity. You will be notified via your registered email if such action is taken, except in cases involving active fraud investigations.

4Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Methods

All transactions on i1scr are in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). We support the following local Malaysian payment methods:

Withdrawal Policy: Withdrawals may only be made to the same account or e-wallet used for the original deposit, unless specifically approved by the i1scr finance team. This is a security measure to prevent money laundering.

• Minimum withdrawal: RM 50 per transaction.
• Daily withdrawal limit for standard members: RM 5,000 (upgradeable with VIP tier advancement).
• Your first withdrawal may require KYC verification before it can be processed.
• I1scr does not charge any fees for withdrawals. However, your e-wallet provider or bank may apply their own charges.

5Betting & Gaming Rules

I1scr offers a wide range of betting and gaming categories, including Sports Betting (Malaysia Super League and EPL football, badminton, cricket, tennis), Live Casino, poker, e-sports, and slots. Each category is subject to specific rules available in the relevant help section.

• Sports Betting: All bets are final once confirmed by the system. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of your selections before confirming your bet slip.
• Official Results: i1scr uses official data sources to determine betting outcomes. In the event of a discrepancy between sources, the result as determined by i1scr is final.
• Bet Suspended: If a sporting event is postponed and does not resume within 48 hours of the scheduled time, all bets will be voided and stakes refunded.
• Live Betting: Live betting odds can change rapidly. i1scr reserves the right to reject or suspend bets during play if there are data disruptions or unusual circumstances.
• System Error: In the event of a technical error or system inconsistency affecting odds or outcomes, i1scr reserves the right to void the affected bets and refund the wagered amount.
• Maximum Bet: Maximum bet limits per match and market are set by i1scr and are subject to change without prior notice.

Any attempt to exploit technical vulnerabilities, use bots or automated scripts, or engage in pre-arranged betting schemes (match fixing or arbitrage that violates our policies) may result in account closure and forfeiture of all funds in the account.

6Bonuses, Promotions & VIP Rewards

All bonuses and promotions offered by i1scr — including the Welcome Bonus, weekly cashback, reload bonuses, and VIP Rewards — are subject to rollover requirements and the specific terms stated alongside each offer.

• Rollover Requirements: Bonuses cannot be withdrawn directly. They must be rolled over at the specified multiplier (typically 8–20×) before any withdrawal can be made.
• One Bonus at a Time: Members are only eligible for one type of bonus at a time. Combining bonuses without prior approval is strictly prohibited.
• Eligibility Requirements: Bonuses are only valid for members who meet the specified requirements. i1scr reserves the right to void a bonus if eligibility conditions are found to have not been met, including cases of multiple account ownership.
• Bonus Validity Period: All bonuses have an expiry date. Any bonus not used within the specified period will be automatically forfeited.
• VIP Rewards Program: VIP points are accumulated based on actual wagers. i1scr reserves the right to adjust point multipliers, tier-up requirements, or VIP benefits with 14 days' notice to affected members.
• Bonus Abuse: Any suspected attempt to abuse the bonus system may result in the forfeiture of the relevant bonus, account restrictions, or account closure.

7i1scr's Limitation of Liability

I1scr provides its platform and services on an "as is" basis. While we strive to ensure uninterrupted operation at all times, we cannot guarantee that the platform will always be free from errors, downtime, or technical issues.

• I1scr is not liable for any losses resulting from internet service disruptions, user device failures, or circumstances beyond our control.
• I1scr is not liable for the actions of third parties, including e-wallet providers, banks, sports data providers, or any other related parties.
• Under no circumstances shall i1scr's total liability to any user exceed the net deposit amount made by that user in the 30 days preceding the claim.
• I1scr is not liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the use of the platform.

8Prohibited & Restricted Activities

Using the i1scr platform for any of the following purposes is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action, account closure, and forfeiture of funds:

• Money laundering or any other financial crime.
• Unauthorized use of another person's credit card, debit card, or bank account.
• Any attempt to hack, attack, or disrupt i1scr's technical infrastructure.
• Use of automated software, bots, scripts, or any non-human method to interact with the platform.
• Registration or use of the platform by individuals under the age of 18, or facilitating underage access to the platform.
• Spreading false, misleading, or reputation-damaging information about i1scr to third parties.
• Any attempt at match fixing or bet coordination that undermines the integrity of sport.

9Privacy & Data Protection

I1scr collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA) and our Privacy Policy, available on the Privacy Policy page.

• Your personal information is used solely for account management, transaction processing, legal compliance, and service improvement.
• I1scr will not sell or disclose your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes without your consent.
• You have the right to request access, correction, or deletion of your personal information by contacting support@i1scr.biz.
• I1scr uses cookies and similar tracking technologies to enhance the user experience and for analytics purposes.

10Account Closure & Termination

Closure by User: You may close your i1scr account at any time by contacting customer support. Prior to closure, all eligible balances will be returned upon completion of the verification process. Any bonus funds that have not met the rollover requirements will be forfeited.

Closure by i1scr: i1scr reserves the right to close or suspend your account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any part of these Terms & Conditions.
• Suspected or confirmed fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• Providing false information during registration or the KYC process.
• Requests from relevant Malaysian authorities.
• Protection of platform integrity and the safety of other users.

In the event of account closure due to a terms violation, all bonuses and promotional credits will be forfeited. Original deposited funds (excluding winnings derived from activities that breached the terms) will be returned within 30 working days upon completion of the investigation.

11Dispute Resolution

If you have any complaint or dispute regarding i1scr's services, we encourage you to:

• Step 1: Contact the i1scr customer support team via live chat or email at support@i1scr.biz, providing full details of the dispute.
• Step 2: i1scr will investigate complaints within 5 business days and provide an initial response.
• Step 3: If you are unsatisfied with the initial resolution, you may request a review by a senior supervisor within 14 days.
• Step 4: Should a dispute remain unresolved, both parties agree to refer the matter to a mutually agreed arbitrator.

All disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia.

12Terms & Conditions Amendments

I1scr reserves the right to update, amend, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. The latest version will always be published on this page with an updated revision date.

For significant changes, i1scr will provide at least 14 calendar days before the changes take effect, via your registered email or in-account notification.

Continued use of the i1scr platform after the effective date of any changes to these terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you have the right to close your account before the effective date.
