However, for withdrawals exceeding RM 5,000 per month, or for security reasons, i1scr reserves the right to request identity verification (KYC) such as a copy of your MyKad and Malaysian bank statement. If your account was closed at your own request (not due to a policy violation), you may re-register after 30 days using a different email address and phone number. If the account was closed due to a policy violation, re-registration is not permitted.

i1scr allows a maximum of 2 devices simultaneously — such as your mobile phone and laptop. A third session will automatically terminate the oldest active session. This is a security measure to prevent unauthorised access. You can review your active sessions under Account Settings.
